Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for new client development and meeting revenue objectives for both software and services. This job is for a real hunter who has a background of over achieving stretch targets. The candidate will be able to make hundred of thousand dollars commission if proven successful to close sales in a 6 month sales process environment.

Duties:

  • Research, target and open new client opportunities for Casewise solutions

Job Summary:

Job Summary:

Reporting to the CMO the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for a small in-house design function within a global software company specializing in the B2B fields of Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Analysis.

This role is involved in all elements of the design for internal and external marketing communications, supporting company, sales and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include the design and execution of presentations, web imagery, exhibition graphics, promotional items and sales literature. Opportunities to contribute on UX/UI are also available for candidates with appropriate experience.

The role is suitable for a commercially minded graphic designer who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The company operates across several time zones and as a result, the role requires flexible working practices and effective time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative and innovative graphic design solutions which meet the needs of customers and align with company objectives.

This involves:

  • Liaising with colleagues at all levels to determine their requirements and clarify the brief, ensuring that initial concepts and ideas are fully explored and developed.
  • Identifying the skills and resources needed to meet the requirements of the brief, both internal and external as required.
  • Producing marketing materials to deadline and to brief including presentations, exhibition graphics, brochures, invitations, banner advertisements and digital images, and other marketing materials and sales tools.
  • Sourcing and managing external resources and suppliers as required e.g. photographic services, printers, illustrators etc.
  • Creating infographics, diagrams, icons, templates and other design elements as required.
  • Supporting the visual identity of the website.
  • Undertaking a first stage proofreading/flight checking of all materials – content and format.

  • Candidates with UX/UI experience can work with the CMO and CTO to evaluate ways to contribute further in this area.
  • Implement an effective project management system, from brief through to completion, in order to prioritize projects effectively and manage internal customer expectations.
  • Manage the library of materials created by the graphic design department and maintaining a system for version control.
  • Maintain proficiency in the marketing tools and technologies which you are required to use for successful performance in your role.

Person Description:

  • A university degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years industry experience working in a graphic design role. UX/UI experience ideal though not required.
  • Understanding of print buying and quality standards with knowledge of paper stocks, weights and finishes.
  • Experience working on both MAC and PC operating systems.
  • Excellent design skills, artistic ability and creative thinking along with knowledge of the principles of good design/layout for both print/web.
  • Advanced skills of design software including Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Flash, XML and multi-media applications, Keynote and Microsoft office.
  • Good understanding of content management systems and digital asset management.
  • Ability to keep up with new creative technologies and digital marketing trends along with monitoring of competitor activity.
