Additional Simulator functionality

CM10.3 SR1/SR1A includes all the improvements in the Languages release of Corporate Modeler Suite 10.3.

CM10.3 SR1/SR1A also includes the functionality where a Process object can take resources from all of its associated Organization objects, rather than from just one of them. Consider the following example:

a Process requires 10 resources to handle a job
the Process is associated to three Organizations
each of the three Organizations can provide four resources maximum

When the job arrives at the Process, it will take four resources from the first associated Organization, four from the second and two from the third.
