APQC Best Practice Framework

The APQC Process Classification Framework SM (PCF) is a high-level, industry-neutral enterprise model which allows organizations to see their activities from a cross-industry process viewpoint.

Originally envisioned as a taxonomy of business processes, the creation of the framework design involved more than 80 organizations with a strong interest in advancing the use of benchmarking in the United States and worldwide.

The PCF organizes operating and management processes into 12 enterprise level categories, including process groups and over 1,500 processes and associated activities.

The Corporate Modele APQC Best Practice Framework model can be easily customized to your organizational environment. Because of our extensibility you are free to add your own Audit questions and controls and cross reference them with the modeled requirements, with your own processes or you can use the pre-defined ITIL process model and get the cross references out of the box.

Used in conjunction with the wider Casewise tool set, you will be able to schedule audit questions and controls in order to perform internal checks/audits or just performed simple assessments. Based on this data you will be able to communicate the results via our HTML Portal within different Dashboard or list views. This data can also be maintained (create, delete, update) via the Portal (web front end).
