Casewise is led by a highly experienced and well rounded Executive Management Team with a track record of success in diverse organizations, including global software solutions.  Meet the team below:

Bernard Fisher, Executive Chairman

Bernard has been serving as Executive Chairman of Casewise since June 2008.  He has over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, both as an external advisor as well as in specific industry roles.

Among those roles, Bernard had served as Executive International General Manager of Popkin Software and Services.  During this time, he helped cultivate and execute the sale of Popkin to Telelogic for $50 million.  In addition, for ten years, Bernard served as Non-Executive Chairman of Chemistry Communications Group, a leading Digital Marketing agency, taking it public in the UK in 2001 and then orchestrating its sale to Publicis in 2011.

Prior to this, Bernard provided strategic counsel and business development advice to a range of high technology enterprises throughout Europe and the United States, leading growth both organically and through acquisition efforts.  Additional highlights of his illustrious career include representing 3i on the board of Adaytum, which it sold to Cognos for $160 million.  He was also appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of The Sage Group plc between 1989 and 1996.  He currently is a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and is a Non-Executive Director of Invu and ITIM Limited. 

Earlier in his career, Bernard held a range of technical roles, starting with the BBC and culminating as European Technical Director for the ICL Group of companies.

Alexandre Wentzo, Chief Executive Officer

Alexandre has served as Chief Executive Officer of Casewise and as a member of the Casewise Board of Directors since 2010.  As CEO of the world’s leading business process and business architecture solutions company, Alexandre is helping lead Casewise into a new phase of growth with a focus on strategic planning, solution and marketing innovation as well as operational excellence.

Having joined Casewise in 2003, Alexandre has held a variety of Sales and Operational roles, with increasing responsibility.  He most recently served as Chief Operations Officer from 2009-2010, overseeing all of Casewise operations within the EMEA and APAC regions, growing the revenue 34%.  Prior to serving as COO, Alexandre had successfully grown the Casewise France business operation over 300% in 3 years. 

Prior to joining Casewise, Alexandre worked in a variety of Sales and Management roles at Axway -Sopra Group, Staff & Line and PS’Soft. 

His entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented attitude has enabled him to deliver outstanding results throughout the course of his career.

Alexandre holds an Honors Degree in Business, Finance, & Marketing from Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (ESCE ) in Paris. 

John Ridley, Chief Technology Officer

Having joined Casewise in 2005 as CTO, John has been responsible for setting the company’s technology and architecture strategy and execution in addition to overseeing the management of Product Development and the Service Desk teams.

John has over 30 years experience in software product development across a wide range of industry sectors. His philosophy is grounded in creating exceptional development teams, and to utilize an architecture-centric approach to product development enabling the delivery of creative and innovative software that makes a real difference in solving customer needs.

Prior to joining Casewise, John held a number of senior roles for Misys Group companies including serving as CTO of Misys Securities Trading Systems and ACT Financial Systems.

Earlier in his career, John continuously excelled in a variety of software development, consulting, management and director level positions within companies ranging from start-ups to major global organizations, including Data Logic and Digital Equipment Corporation.

John graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Physics.

Michael R. Hodes, Chief Financial Officer

Michael is a seasoned financial professional, delicately balancing long-term vision with fiscal responsibility.  Since joining Casewise in 1996, Michael has instituted, modified and consolidated numerous policies, procedures and systems to more effectively manage, analyze and report out on the financial operations of Casewise.

In addition to his duties as CFO, Michael also currently manages the HR Administration and Benefits for Casewise. 

Michael launched his career in 1990 with Baker Tilly in the audit and compliance group.  He has also held various financial positions with Save the Children, Universal Records, and Warner Music before joining Casewise.

Michael graduated from the London Metropolitan University with a Degree in Accountancy and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Matt Senatore, Vice President, Global Marketing

Mr. Senatore joined Casewise in 2009, as part of a new management team to invigorate growth in North America.  Balancing strategy with a focus on execution, Senatore successfully contributed to a quick turnaround of the North American market.  In January 2012, he was elevated to the Global Marketing role.

Matt is responsible for the overall strategic planning and successful execution of comprehensive global and country-specific brand building, lead generation and marketing communication activities, across all channels and mediums.

Prior to joining Casewise, Matt served in a variety of strategy, marketing and sales-related positions throughout his career including working with leading organizations and brands such as PepsiCo (Pepsi, Gatorade, Quaker), Wunderman/Young & Rubicam, Peppers & Rogers Group, Jaguar and Regent Seven Seas Cruise Lines. 

Matt graduated from the University of Connecticut, Storrs where he holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.  Outside of work, Matt finds inspiration by watching life through the lens of his 3 young daughters’ eyes.  He also enjoys looking down at the poker table and seeing Pocket Aces in the hole.
