Job Summary

A well organized, and self motivated marketing executive is required to assist in the execution of tactical global marketing activities. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate creative flair to aid delivery of a wide variety of marketing campaigns and corporate brand re-positioning, and will ideally be web 2.0 savvy. 

As part of a newly structured marketing team the right candidate will gain exposure to the fast moving software solutions provider environment and learn from a company that is undergoing a dynamic new strategic direction. Working in a fast paced, pressurized, multi cultural corporate environment, the individual will be required to handle multiple tasks whilst working to very tight deadlines. The candidate will need to be an analytical thinker who possesses first class social skills and adopts hands on approach to all activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns/activities surrounding collateral, web, email, social media 
  • Plan and organize internal and external events ranging from 30 – 500+ attendees
  • Plan and deliver customer retention programmes.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities for all marketing campaigns, with cost per lead analysis where appropriate and using web and social analytics.
  • Assist in the company’s SEO strategy working with appointed SEO agency
  • Content creation, and update of website using CMS, analysing visitor data and suggest initiatives, track competitor sites.
  • Assist with the company’s PR programme to include preparing press articles and interviews with senior management team, clients and analyst relations.
  • The creation of product and service collateral through the NPI process to include the creation of case studies.
  • Manage internal communications.
  • Increase awareness of the organizations brand and product/solution portfolio

Experience

Required

  • 1-2 years experience of corporate B2B marketing in an ICT services or solution marketing position
  • Organization of internal and external focused events/seminars
  • Strong copywriting skills; the ability to interpret complex information 
  • Experience of web and social media marketing
  • Understands need for consistency within company’s branding and marketing mix, especially collateral, PR and online activities
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of both strategic and tactical marketing and communication tasks
  • Proficient at working with the MS Office Suite

Desirable

  • University degree in marketing / business management, or similar
  • Experience working with DTP and design software
  • Exposure to data management and CRM tools (SalesForce)
  • Experience at working with CMS especially Sitefinity
  • Supplier management
  • Foreign language (French) would be a distinct advantage
