Job Summary

The Channel Account Executive is reporting to the Channel Account Manager, based at the companies HQ in Watford, Herts. As Channel Account Executive, you will be part of a sales team, composed of a team leader, account managers, account executives and a marketing assistant. Your team will be responsible to develop the sales of Casewise’s solutions in specific sectors and territories.

Your responsibilities

  1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect/partner contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. Ensure leads are followed up regularly, either directly or through resellers.
  2. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
  3. Maintain and develop existing and new customers/partners through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer/partner satisfaction.
  4. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems(including Salesforce), and update relevant information held in these systems.
  5. Support local marketing activities, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
  6. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  7. Monitor market and competitor activities.
  8. Attend customer/partner meetings and internal meetings.
  9. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
  10. Provide accurate information required by the management such as pipeline, forecast, activity, etc.Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

Experience

Required

  • They must be educated to A Level Standards, preferably degree level
  • Must have minimum 5 years proven track record in a similar position
  • Must have a proven success track
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams

  • Languages; English, Spanish, German
