Changes to how you interact with Hierarchy Links

As in Corporate Modeler 9, the following is true about Hierarchy Links:

• Hierarchy Links show a hierarchical relationship on a diagram (they signify that the object above is the parent of an object it is connected to).
• Hierarchy links route according to preset rules, cannot be re-routed by the user and have no properties.
• A Hierarchy Link must be connected to objects at both ends.

New for Corporate Modeler 10:

• A hierarchy link is created in the New Objects palette using the Add Line... functionality.
• Hierarchy links no longer need to be "Broken". They can be cleared or deleted in the same way as any other connection object.
