Latest upgrade advice (2nd May 2007):
You can upgrade to Corporate Modeler Suite 10.3 SR2 from versions 9.3 to 10.3 SR1/SR1A.
Stand-alone users
If you have a stand-alone copy of Corporate Modeler Suite 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 or 10.3 SR1/SR1A you can upgrade directly to this version. Please follow the instructions in the Corporate Modeler Installation and Configuration Guide.
If you have version CM9.3 or CM10.0, please contact the Casewise Service Desk BEFORE any attempt to upgrade yourself.
Multi-user environment
If you work in a multi-user environment connected to Corporate Exchange, you must contact the Casewise Service Desk to help manage your upgrade. DO NOT attempt to upgrade to the latest version yourself. Corporate Modeler version 10.3 SR2 introduces database integrity and related schema changes which means your data needs to be migrated to be usable in the new version.
