Latest upgrade advice (26th July 2007):
You can upgrade to Corporate Modeler Suite 10.3 SR4 from versions 9.3, 10.0, 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 (all service releases).
Stand-alone users
If you have a stand-alone copy of Corporate Modeler Suite 9.3, 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.3 SR1/SR1A, 10.3 SR2 or 10.3 SR3 you can upgrade directly to this version. Please follow the instructions in the Corporate Modeler Installation and Configuration Guide.
Multi-user environment
If you work in a multi-user environment connected to Corporate Exchange, and you are currently using an earlier version of Corporate Modeler Suite 10.3, then you can upgrade to the latest version. Please read the Corporate Modeler Installation and Configuration Guide for details.
If, however, you are using version 10.2 or earlier, then you must contact the Casewise Service Desk to help manage your upgrade. DO NOT attempt to upgrade to the latest version yourself. Corporate Modeler version 10.3 SR4 introduces database integrity and related schema changes which means your data needs to be migrated to be usable in the new version.
