Corporate Modeler Suite 10.3E Patch
This patch can be used to update any version of Corporate Modeler Suite 10.3E to the latest version (build 3818G).
Note: If you are already using release 3818F or 3818G then you do not need to install this patch. Additionally, this patch should not be used on any version of Corporate Modeler Suite released before version 10.3E.
To install the patch:
- Download CMPatch10-3-3818G.exe
- Close all Corporate Modeler Suite applications
- Run CMPatch10-3-3818G.exe
- Follow the on-screen prompts
Your installation is updated with the new files.
Release notes:
This patch fixes the following known issues:
- Unexpected and unprompted closure of Corporate Modeler after a certain period of use (MG5166)
- User-defined date/time field shows today's date even when the object was frozen some time before and is read-only (HR0495)
- When a diagram is opened from Model Explorer or Object Explorer, Corporate Modeler opens but the diagram is not displayed (MG5156)
- Corporate Modeler crashes when a palette shape contains a long and thin, or tall and narrow, rounded rectangle (WS0006)
- Corporate Modeler setup does not work for new installations on Windows Vista SP1 (MG5238)
- "Invalid Pick List" error when a drop-down list value does not exist (DSW0959)
The patch replaces the following three program files with updated versions:
- CasewiseServices.dll
- CasewiseControls.dll
- ManagedDialogs.dll
In addition, the DiagrammerTimeout registry setting under CMTuning is set to 60.
