The objective of the Foundation Course is to provide you with the concepts and skills needed to understand business processes and to successfully use Corporate Modeler on your first and subsequent initiatives.
Using a case-study approach, and a balanced mixture of lecture and hands-on activities, we guide you through the tasks and deliverables of a process modeling project.
Within this framework we use Corporate Modeler to capture, analyze and fully document a core business process, produce deliverables and publish the procedural manuals and intranet web pages needed to support business operations and on-going process improvement.
