The PSG Services Catalogue

Services are defined as product and/or compliance related consultative services with clear definition of deliverables and estimates of effort.

Services that are based on highly sophisticated, very urgent, generally repository level, and/or technical services are regarded as Special Projects and are performed by key team members. These services generally required a custom specification combined with a clients’ IT services support.

Being both client facing or internal, services can range from pre-sales activities and support through technical implementation, training, enablement and enhancement to methodology and framework support.

The Casewise Professional Services Group offers the following catalogue of services:

  • Product training
  • Benefits realisation and enablement
  • Compliance management / planning support
  • Model management
  • ITIL Best Practice and IT governance related services
  • SOA + BPEL services

PSG service levels are split into three areas:

1. Standard services

Standard services enable our client to realize the business value of our product set. The standard services are either general training or consulting. Our consultants support the client with expert knowledge in BPM, SOA and EA, coupled with products, specific expertise for the implementation of their projects.

2. Customized services

Our consulting team provides client specific training, pilot and proof-of-concept projects for enabling client.

3. Special projects

Special projects to the largest extent exceed the standard product and service offerings of PSG. These types of projects require IT specialists and consulting skills combined with experienced project and delivery approaches. The skills and knowledge sets of key individuals within the group are therefore utilized to their maximum potential.

The scopes of special projects are uniquely defined and fully documented on an individual basis with knowledge shared on planned activities, deliverables and the realization of benefits. Service offered under this area include on-site migration support, the use of development skills, custom interfaces, database administration specialties, model consolidation, technical environment review and integration.
