The Migration of Third Party Model Content into Casewise’s Corporate Modeler
The Casewise Model Migration Service has been designed to provide a fast and efficient migration service of model content from third party formats into the appropriate Corporate Modeler repository format.
Following repeated customer requests, a need has arisen for a more cost effective alternative to management consultants and a requirement of pure process modeling expertise. Proving to be highly cost effective, the Model Migration Service is geared in being capable of handling any size of project in terms of the number of templates, diagrams and objects and offers a high churn rate in excess of 200 diagrams per day.
The service operates by inviting organizations to submit to Casewise their process models/diagrams and have them documented into the Casewise format. A Senior Casewise Consultants with extensive project management experience is assigned to manage and coordinate each project and advise customers from the outset on the best modeling techniques and conventions.
The service utilizes the resources of highly trained process modelers all of whom are fully versed in various modeling languages such as BPMN, BPEL, UML and methodologies such as ITIL, CobIT, and eTOM. Models can be developed from a variety of third party software sources such as Microsoft® Visio as well as documents including MS Word and Excel. A highly controlled quality assurance process ensures a rigorous check on the quality of the models/diagrams before being handed back to customers.
To date, a number of Casewise customers from the Telecommunications and Financial Services sectors have already begun subscribing to this service, all of which have seen both impressive results and a fast ROI.
