Casewise, the thought leader in Business Processing Modeling, Enterprise Architecture and IT Compliance & Governance has today announced the latest release of its globally adopted modeling software, Corporate Modeler version 10.3E.
Corporate Modeler offers organizations a comprehensive and multi-dimensional way to model processes and IT. Featuring a flexible repository and native support for both Oracle and Microsoft SQL-Server database platforms, its enhanced user interface allows organizations to implement and master complex modeling tasks with great ease.
Amongst the many new features of Corporate Modeler 10.3E is the introduction of a new tool known as Object Explorer which provides quick and easy access to models, objects and associations. In line with Object Explorer, Corporate Modeler 10.3E now allows users to display an object's properties and associations when selected within a diagram.
In addition, an HTML Editing facility now allows users to easily apply formatting to any multi-line text field within the Corporate Modeler Suite. This feature dramatically improves the appearance and intelligibility of textual information within models and the published output. This facility also provides users with the ability to copy and paste formatted text from MS Word and other software applications.
Version 10.3E also has improved usability for docking palette windows within the application. This offers users the option to view multiple diagrams at any one time. Nested Shapes can also be moved within the new version making the creation and editing of the layout of diagrams easier. Alongside this feature, the automatic routing of lines when objects are being moved is provided. This option means that when an object is moved on a diagram the lines connected to the object automatically route themselves around other objects on the diagram using right-angled bends.
Corporate Publisher, the easy-to-use wizard that generates comprehensive HTML websites, or MS Word documents has a number of new features which includes a new Save Diagram List, Save Issue Category List, Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Compliance, increased support for controlling diagram hierarchy and a built in support for style sheets.
Corporate Modeler’s Simulation Engine also features a number of new add-ins including Simulator Financial, Simulator Grapher and Simulator Analyzer.
