  1. Business Consultant

    Job Summary

    Casewise delivers a wide range of business consulting solutions to support clients in successfully defining and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) Frameworks within their businesses.

    Our Professional Services Group (PSG) function is looking to expand due to increasing demand for its support and services. Casewise is looking to recruit a talented consultant who can get involved in a broad spectrum of activities.

    The Consultant will undertake a variety of roles dependent on specific business requirements and will ensure that all engagements deliver to agreed parameters of cost, timescale and quality.

    Before integrating a customer project, our Training Academy ensures that Business consultants are fully trained on our BPM suite.

    Key Responsibilities
    Work with Project Manager, Architect and Analyst to ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured.
    Leverage Casewise product knowledge, experience and BPM/EA methodologies to optimise client solutions
    Ensure business benefits are clearly defined and owned in line with a clear realisation plan.
    Define and implement efficient and effective EA frameworks and ongoing management disciplines
    Produce Casewise standard BPM models and other outputs as required.
    Manage engagement activities on a day-to-day basis, delivering status reports in line with agreed requirements.
    Pro-actively manage issues, taking action to achieve urgent resolution and escalating promptly and clearly where necessary.
    Champion the deliverables of the engagement both within and outside the immediate team.
    Document process training and user guide artefacts.

    Requirements
    Minimum 3 years EA and BPM experience.
    Bachelor degree in a technical discipline such as computer science or engineering.
    Demonstrate a knowledgeable background in EA and Business Process Management.
    Experience of developing IT architecture using recognized industry frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, DODAF, etc).
    Experience with process modelling tools such as Corporate Modeler, Aris, Mega, etc.
    Experience as tool and methodology trainer, facilitator and change manager.
    Basic programming skills like HTML, JavaScript and/or Visual Basic a plus.

    Job Summary

    The candidate will be able to demonstrate a knowledgeable background in Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Analysis, Operations Research and Information Technology.  Having participated in large-scale business/systems analysis projects is essential at this level.

    To provide expertise on Enterprise Architecture modeling and BPM/BPI and Best Practice/Compliance to our customers and new business prospects.

    The candidate will display experience as application and methodology trainer, facilitator and change manager.

    Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in EA and BPM/BPI and Best Practice/Compliance arena and deployment. Ability to deliver BPM/BPI and Best Practice/Compliance concepts at the highest level on both implementation and training.

  4. Senior Windows Application Developer

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Senior Windows Application Developer who has had significant recent experience developing windows applications using C# and .NET, and who also has a successful track record in designing and developing using C++ on Windows. Experience of relational databases is required. The successful candidate will be expected to start contributing to the current project as early as possible, participating in all phases of the development life-cycle, from vision to delivery.

    Responsibilities will mainly be the design, and development and support of many elements of the windows application. The ability to work well in a team which includes testers, technical authors, translators and customer service staff is essential.

    Knowledge and experience of a recognized software development methodology will be an advantage but not essential. Depending on the candidate there may be opportunities for team leading. As an international business there may also be opportunities for world wide travel.

    Requirements

    Essential
    - Software development experience – 5 or more years

    Job Summary

    This is a 6 month paid internship with the potential for a full-time role. We are looking for recent graduates who have good natural abilities in verbal and numerical reasoning.

    You will need to have an:
    Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
